Understanding Your Earnings Dashboard
Your Creator Studio earnings dashboard is mission control for monetization. This guide explains every metric, how earnings work, and how to optimize for more revenue.
Accessing Your Dashboard
- Log in to Assisters
- Click "Creator Studio" in the navigation
- Select "Earnings" from the sidebar
You'll see an overview of your earnings across all assistants.
Dashboard Overview
Key Metrics
Total Earnings
Your lifetime earnings across all assistants. This is the total revenue you've generated before any deductions.
Pending Earnings
Revenue that's been earned but not yet paid out. Payouts process monthly.
Available Balance
Amount ready for payout. Appears after the monthly processing.
This Month
Current month's earnings in real-time.
Time Period Filters
Toggle between views:
- Today: Real-time daily earnings
- This Week: Current 7-day period
- This Month: Current calendar month
- All Time: Lifetime totals
How Earnings Work
Revenue Sources
1. Marketplace Usage
When Assisters subscribers chat with your assistant:
- Each conversation generates tokens
- Tokens are tracked and attributed to your assistant
- You earn a competitive share of the subscription revenue proportional to usage
2. Embed/API Usage
When businesses use your assistant via embed or API:
- They pay from their wallet per token
- You set the per-token price (minimum $3.75/million)
- You earn a competitive share of every dollar spent
Competitive Revenue Share
For every dollar of revenue your assistant generates, you receive a competitive share while Assisters handles infrastructure, LLM costs, and platform maintenance.
This split is transparent and consistent across all revenue types.
Calculating Earnings
Marketplace example:
- User on Plus plan ($19/month) chats with 5 different assistants
- They spend 40% of their usage on your assistant
- You earn a proportional share based on their usage
Embed example:
- Business spends $100/month on your assistant via API
- You earn a competitive share of that revenue

Payout Schedule
