Important: Assisters, LLC does not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. However, some of our data practices may constitute a "sale" under the CCPA's broad definition, such as:

• Sharing data with advertising partners for targeted advertising
• Using third-party analytics services that may combine your data with other data

Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell
• Delete your personal information held by us (with some exceptions)
• Opt-Out of the sale of your personal information
• Non-Discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights

You can exercise your right to opt out of the sale of your personal information by submitting the form below. We will process your request within 15 business days as required by law.

Once we receive and verify your opt-out request:

• We will stop selling your personal information to third parties
• We will direct any service providers who received your information to also honor your request
• You may continue to receive personalized content based on first-party data we collect directly
• Your opt-out choice will remain in effect unless you later authorize the sale of your information

Note: Opting out does not affect data we share for purposes that do not constitute a "sale" under the CCPA, such as sharing with service providers who assist us in operating our business.
