Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.

When you reach your token limit, your Assisters will pause until your next billing cycle begins. You can upgrade your plan anytime to get more tokens immediately, or add funds to your wallet for pay-as-you-go usage.

The wallet is a pay-as-you-go option for additional usage beyond your plan. Add funds to your wallet and use them for extra tokens or premium features. Wallet funds never expire.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment if you're not satisfied. After that, you can cancel anytime and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Our Free plan lets you try Assisters at no cost. When you're ready for more, upgrade to a paid plan. We don't offer time-limited trials, but you can downgrade back to Free anytime.
