Referral Program Terms

Program Benefits Include:

• Signup bonuses for both referrer and referred user
• Revenue share commissions on referred user subscriptions
• Wallet spend commissions (Power & Partner tiers)
• Creator earnings commissions (Power & Partner tiers)
• Tiered commission rates based on performance
• Flexible payout options (wallet credits with +10% bonus, or cash)

To Participate, You Must:

• Have an active Assisters account in good standing
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not have been previously terminated from the Program
• Provide accurate payment information for commission payouts

Ineligible Referrals:

• Self-referrals (referring yourself or accounts you control)
• Existing Assisters users or previously registered accounts
• Referrals obtained through fraudulent or deceptive means
• Referrals from prohibited marketing methods (see Section 6)

Signup Bonuses

When a new user signs up using your referral link and verifies their account:

• You receive: $5 wallet credit (unlocked, withdrawable)
• They receive: $5 wallet credit (locked, platform-only)

Signup bonuses are credited to wallets after the referred user completes email verification and is confirmed as a legitimate new user. The referrer's bonus is fully withdrawable, while the referred user's bonus is locked to platform use only (cannot be withdrawn, but can be spent on assisters and subscriptions).

First Purchase Discount

Referred users receive a 10% discount on their first month of any paid subscription plan when signing up through a referral link.

Subscription Revenue Share

You earn a percentage of the platform's revenue share from your referred users' paid subscriptions for 12 months from their first purchase. Commission rates are based on your tier:

Commission is calculated as a percentage of the platform's share (65%) of the subscription revenue. For example, on a $19/month Plus plan at Standard tier: $19 × 65% × 5% = $0.62/month.

Wallet Spend Commission (Power & Partner)

Power and Partner tier referrers can earn additional commission when referred users spend wallet credits on the platform. This applies for 12 months from the referred user's first purchase.

Creator Earnings Commission (Power & Partner)

If a referred user becomes a creator on the platform, Power and Partner tier referrers can earn commission on that creator's earnings for 24 months from the creator's first sale.

Creator earnings commission is calculated on the creator's share of revenue. Monthly caps are per referred creator, meaning you can earn up to the cap from each creator you refer.

Tier Quality Requirements

To unlock Power tier benefits, you need both quantity AND quality referrals:

• Power Tier: 10+ referrals per month, with at least 3 being paying subscribers or active creators
• Partner Tier: 50+ referrals per month, or invitation-only verified partner status

This ensures that referrers focus on quality referrals that benefit the platform, rather than just volume.

Wallet Credit Payout Bonus

Choosing to receive commissions as wallet credits instead of cash payout earns you an additional 10% bonus on those earnings.

How Attribution Works

• A referral cookie is stored for 30 days when someone clicks your link
• If they sign up within the attribution window, you are credited as the referrer
• First-click attribution is used (the first referrer to bring the user is credited)
• Direct code entry at signup also qualifies for attribution

Commission Duration Periods

Different commission types have different earning windows from the referred user's first purchase:

• Subscription Revenue Share: 12 months
• Wallet Spend Commission: 12 months
• Creator Earnings Commission: 24 months

After each period ends, the referral relationship remains recorded but no further commissions of that type are earned. Creator earnings have an extended window to account for the longer ramp-up time for creators to build their audience.

Payout Methods

• Wallet Credits: Instant transfer to your Assisters wallet (+ 10% bonus)
• Cash Payout: Bank transfer or PayPal (processed via Stripe)

Minimum Payout

Cash payouts require a minimum balance of $10. There is no minimum for wallet credit transfers.

Payout Schedule

• Earnings are calculated at the end of each billing cycle
• Cash payouts are processed within 14 business days of request
• Wallet credits are available immediately upon earning

Taxes

You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on your referral earnings. For US participants earning $600 or more annually, we may be required to issue a 1099 form. International participants must comply with their local tax laws.

Marketing Violations

• Spam emails, messages, or unsolicited bulk communications
• Paid search ads bidding on "Assisters" or related brand terms
• Creating fake accounts to generate referrals
• Using misleading or deceptive marketing claims
• Incentivizing signups with external payments (paying people to sign up)
• Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
• Impersonating Assisters or claiming official partnership

Content Violations

• Promoting Assisters on adult, illegal, or harmful content sites
• Using discriminatory, offensive, or hateful content in promotions
• Making false claims about Assisters' capabilities or pricing
• Violating our trademark guidelines or brand usage policies

Fraud

• Creating fraudulent accounts or transactions
• Manipulating referral tracking or analytics
• Colluding with referred users to game the system
• Any activity intended to artificially inflate earnings

Permitted Use

You may use the Assisters name and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Assisters through the Program. All use must:

• Be accurate and not misleading
• Not imply official endorsement or employment
• Follow our brand guidelines (available in your referral dashboard)
• Include clear disclosure of referral relationship where required by law

Required Disclosures

When promoting Assisters, you must clearly disclose your referral relationship in compliance with FTC guidelines and equivalent regulations in your jurisdiction. Example disclosures include: "Referral link", "I earn a commission if you sign up", or "#ad #referral".

Voluntary Withdrawal

You may leave the Program at any time by contacting us. Upon withdrawal, any pending earnings above the minimum payout threshold will be paid out. Earnings below the threshold may be forfeited.

Termination by Assisters

We may terminate your participation immediately and without notice for:

• Violation of these Program Terms or our Terms of Service
• Engaging in prohibited practices (Section 6)
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Extended account inactivity (12+ months with no referral activity)

Effect of Termination

Upon termination for cause, all pending and unpaid earnings may be forfeited. We reserve the right to reverse any earnings obtained through violations. Termination does not affect referred users' accounts or their ongoing relationship with Assisters.
